Every service explained
Pages on each option, from voluntary administration to director penalty notices, written from the firm’s own notes.

DV Recovery Management helps companies and individuals through debt and insolvency. I built it an eleven-page website that explains every option in plain English and sends enquiries straight to reception.
dvrm.com.aulivewollongong
The firm’s website had stopped working, and the only description of its services was in Word documents. Insolvency is hard to explain, and the people looking it up are often worried. The site had to feel private and calm, make each option clear, and make that first call easier.
A site that looks like an established firm but talks like a person. It starts from the visitor’s situation, not from legal terms.
What the firm does, that the first chat is private, and a button to call, all on the first screen.
Four everyday situations, such as “Cash flow is tightening”, each leading to the right guidance.
A short form that goes straight to the reception inbox.
The firm does not need a shop or bookings. It needs to be trusted, and it needs every enquiry to reach a person.
Pages on each option, from voluntary administration to director penalty notices, written from the firm’s own notes.
Each one is emailed to reception and also kept in a dashboard, so nothing is lost to a spam folder.
Every page spells out who the firm is, where both offices are and what each service covers, in a form search engines read.
I worked with the firm’s IT team to move dvrm.com.au onto the new site, with old addresses redirecting to it.
Tell me what your clients need to understand before they pick up the phone. I will come back with what I would build and what it would cost.
